Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The correlation times and the hydrodynamic radius of the rotational diffusion of the diphenylpicrylhydrazine radical (DPPH) in toluene were determined.

     
  2. 2.

    For a solution of DPPH in benzene containing added polystyrene the rotational mobility is independent of the macroviscosity of the solution.
