Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The fluorine-containing ketones of cyclopentadienylmanganesetricarbonyl, (CO)3MnC5H4COCF3 and (CO)3MnC5H4COC3F7, were synthesized and characterized by their IR and PMR spectra.

  2. 2.

    The following reactions of (CO)3MnC5H4COCF3 were studied: the fluoroform reaction, reduction with lithium aluminum hydride, and reaction with Grignard reagents.
