Certain properties of filled partly plasticized polyvinylchloride

Abstract
The effect of iron oxide as a filler for hard partly plasticized polyvinylchloride was studied. It was shown that the influence of iron oxide on polymer properties varies depending on the proportion of the filler used. When added in small quantities, it improves certain physico-mechanical properties of polyvinylchloride, such as, for instance, its hardness and wear resistance.
