Abstract

A brief summary of the present status of the renormalization-group theory of heat transport near the superfluid transition of4He is presented. This includes the thermal conductivity, second-sound damping, mutual friction coefficients, boundary resistance and nonlinear effects on the temperature profile in the presence of a finite heat current.
