Cosmic rotation and the inertial system

Abstract

A second order aberration term is employed for a determination of cosmic rotation from extremely precise relative positions of pairs of quasars. The value derived (ω o/Ho<10−5) corresponds with values derived from fluctuations of cosmic background radiation.
