Energy-scanning small-angle X-ray scattering: polyethylene

Abstract

Energy-scanning small-angle X-ray scattering is demonstrated. Here,λ-, rather thanθ-space is scanned. Patterns in times as low as 100 sec are observed. Good correlation betweenθ- andλ-scanning is shown.
