On primary duodenal carcinoma developing from polyposis

This report deals with a duodenal adenocarcinoma that metastasized to the liver, causing the death of the 41-year-old patient. The carcinoma arose from an intestinal polyposis, the symptoms of which could have developed over a period of 19 years before the patient's death.
