Regressionen des Yoshida-Sarkoms nach einmaliger Injektion eines Lipopolysaccharids aus E. Coli

Zusammenfassung

Die einmalige Injektion von 0,1 mg einer-Lipopolysaccharid-Nucleinsäure-Fraktion aus E. coli 08 steigerte die Regressions-Häufigkeit des intramuskulär transplantierten Yoshida-Sarkoms der Ratte auf das 9- bis 10 fache der spontanen Regressions-Häufigkeit, d. h. von 5% auf 47%. Dieses Präparat wies gegenüber anderen bakteriellen lipopolysacchariden eine wesentlich geringere Toxicität bei der tumortragenden Ratte auf.
