On pathology and genesis of the extramammary Paget's disease
Summary
In a compilation of the secured observations of extramammary Morbus Paget the age of manifestation, the duration and the relation of male and female cases are investigated. The common image of the disease and one observation of a case of perianal extramammary Paget's disease are described. The various opinions of the nature and genesis of the Paget-carcinoma set forth in literature are discussed on the basis of histological studies. The term „adenocarcinoma apocrinocellulare epidermotropicum” is suggested as the definition of the disease.
