Summary

Regularities of isomer and homologue extraction by individual organic solvents and their compounds including the presence of salting out and solvotropic substances have been discussed using aromatic hydroxycompounds as an example. Possibilities of the correlation method for the description of extraction and back extraction processes as well as for the prediction of several extraction characteristics have been illustrated.
