Zusammenfassung
Das Auftreten eines Lymphknotens im inneren erweiterten Abschnitt des Facialiskanals und ein dadurch entstandener Facialistic wird beschrieben und durch Operationsbefund und Tomogramme illustriert. Als Antithese wird eine extreme Verengung des Kanals mit Facialisparalyse geschildert.
Lymphgland in the facial canal causing hemifacial spasm
Summary
The presence of a lymphgland in the lower enlarged portion of facial canal causing facial spasm is described and illustrated. As contrast to this case a case of extreme arrowing of the canal causing palsy of the facial nerve is mentioned.
