Summary

Palladium has been determined from palladium-picolinate or palladium-quinaldinate precipitate by dissolving it in potassium nickel cyanide and then titrating the displaced nickel by disodium salt of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, using a solid mixture of murexide and sodium chloride as the indicator. The method is very accurate and can be applied to the determination of 0.93 mg to 16 mg of palladium.
