Abstract

A girl of 147/12 years was examined for recurrent abdominal pain. Cholecystogram revealed filling defects thought to be stones. Clinical diagnosis of cholelithiasis was made and cholecystectomy was performed. Pathologically, papillary adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder associated with gallstones was found. She has had no evidence of recurrent tumor 24 months after surgery.
