Bio-systématique des Pichia

1. Mise en évidence de nitrite et nitrate réductases

Abstract

Nitrite and nitrate reductases are were found in numerous species of Pichia. The specific activities of these enzymes are at the same level of activity as in 13 species of yeasts classified in the genus Hansenula. Taxonomic implications are discussed.
