Measurement variability analysis for fermentation process assays


The paper reports the variability of replicate measurements for soluble protein and some enzyme activities in batch and continuous culture of S. cerevisiae. The measurement variability in these assays depended on the measured concentration and could be represented as a standard deviation proportional to the measured value.
