Zusammenfassung
l-Trijodthyronin in Konzentrationen von 2 bis 3 · 10−7 m an aufwärts verursacht eine sofort eintretende und konzentrationsabhängige Beschleunigung der Schlagfolge isolierter, auf Glas gezüchteter Myoblasten der embryonalen Hühnerherzkammer. Diese Wirkung wird durch Veratramin und Pronethalol in Konzentrationen blockiert, welche die Schlagfrequenz der gezüchteten Zellen in trijodthyroninfreiem Medium nicht beeinflussen.
Summary
l-triiodothyronine, in concentrations of 2 to 3 · 10−7 M and above, causes an immediate acceleration of the beat of isolated cultured myoblasts of the embryonic chick heart ventricle. This action is blocked by concentrations of veratramine and pronethalol which do not affect the rate of beat of the cultured cells in triiodothyronine-free medium.
