Abstract

Callus-, root-, shoot-, and rooted shoot cultures of Geigeria aspera were established on Murashige and Skoog's nutrient medium. Organogenesis of roots and shoots was induced with treatments containing BA or KN in combination with NAA, IAA, IBA or 2, 4-D. Rooted plantlets were successfully transplanted into soil.
