Zusammenfassung

Die Novellierung des Bayerischen Rettungsdienstgesetzes (BayRDG) mit Wirkung zum 1.1.2009 integrierte den Verlegungsarzt in das System des arztbegleiteten Patiententransports. Bayern regelte damit als erstes Bundesland überhaupt gesetzlich die Verlegungsarzteinsatzfahrzeuge (VEF) neben den bestehenden Intensivtransportwagen (ITW). Die mit Einführung des ersten VEF am Standort München einhergehenden Rechtsfragen werden erörtert; sie befassen sich unter anderem mit der Abgrenzung der Einsatzindikationen, der Fahrzeugausstattung, dem Medizinprodukterecht und der Ladungssicherung sowie mit dem Einsatz von Sonderrechten im Straßenverkehr.

Abstract

With 1st of January 2009 the Bavarian legislation integrated a new kind of ambulance with doctors into his system of emergency medical service, first tested in Munich, Germany, past year. The authors discuss the legal background, including the indication for usage, equipment, medical devices and traffic law. The new service started at nine further sites last year.
