Abstract

For on-board microelectronic control systems of spacecraft with a long service life, the problem of increasing the fault tolerance of storage devices and ensuring ease of maintenance is solved. The architecture of a fault-tolerant storage device with built-in self-testing and automatic recovery from multiple failures is proposed.
