Abstract
Linear equations describing the dynamics of small perturbations in partially ionized heat-releasing plasma in an external magnetic field with an arbitrary induction vector are obtained. Using these equations, a dispersion relation for condensation modes is derived, and their time increments are calculated in the case of isobaric instability in the presence of anisotropy of the plasma thermal conductivity.
