Abstract
Results are presented from a high-frequency experiment on localizing a moving noise source using a single vector-scalar detector. Time–frequency signal processing is matched with the interference structure generated by the source. Temporal dependences of bearing, speed, distance, and depth are constructed. A theoretical explanation of the experimental data is given.
