Method of Assessing the Acoustic Relaxation Polymer Spectrum

  • Published:
Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics Aims and scope

Abstract

The paper presents an approach to assessing the relaxation spectrum of polymers based on experimental data obtained by ultrasonic spectrometry. The proposed approach is based on the expansion of the experimental frequency window by extrapolating experimental data based on an approximating model, and it is assumed that the structure of the relaxation spectrum function for this type of polymer is known in advance.
