Abstract

The possibility of identifying nanoparticle systems by comparing the scaling parameters of their geometry and the diffraction patterns of the probing radiation is considered. This technique is applied to fractal objects with different types of self-similarity symmetry. The relationship between the scaling in different spatial distributions of nanoparticles and their Fourier spectra is considered.
