Abstract

A matrix consisting of two lateral electric field excited resonators on a plate of lithium niobate is investigated experimentally. A special damping layer is deposited on the space around the resonators to suppress parasitic oscillations. It is shown that the damping layer not only ensures the high-quality resonance of each resonator but provides total acoustic isolation as well.
