Abstract

The Ni–Al–Al(OH)3–Ca(OH)2–Mg(OH)2 catalytically active system is studied for the efficient production of a synthesis gas. A technology is developed to obtain volumetric porous functional coatings via “cold” supersonic gas-dynamic spraying. The advantages of this method and its potential are considered from the point of view of creating catalyst carriers to produce synthesis gas.
