Experience of reintroduction of Siberian red deer Cervus elaphus sibiricus in Omsk oblast

Abstract

The experience of reintroduction of Siberian red deer Cervus elaphus sibiricus in Omsk oblast is described. The restoration of populations, area, and seasonal migratory routes has not taken place. Only a few individuals are settling over the territory of Omsk oblast and adjacent areas.
