Abstract

The relationship of each stage of the process with the mechanics of destruction during operation of parts has been shown by the example of problems of modeling of engineering solutions during the fabrication of parts prepared from polymer materials. When using partially cross-linked thermoplastic filled polymers containing a slight amount of typical components, it has been shown that modeling of process solutions is an iterative process, in which structural defects, which differ by scale levels, are formed during each individual technological operation.
