Abstract

A comparative study of the specificity of the interaction with water of individual components of organomineral complexes, namely, hydroxyapatite, hyaluronic acid, and casein, is carried out. The quantitative parameters of water sorption are determined. The mechanisms of sorption and relaxation properties in the hydroxyapatite–water and biopolymer–water systems are studied using the proton magnetic resonance method.
