Abstract
During geological exploration and development of gold deposits there is a need to determine the mass content of precious metals in ordinary and technological samples. The Research Institute of Technical Physics and Automation (hereinafter referred to as NIITFA) has developed the “Aura”-type complex for gamma-activation analysis of gold content in ore samples. The article considers the possibility of determining rare-earth elements in ore composition for the accelerator energy range up to 8 MeV.
