Abstract

A series of 1,3-disubstituted ureas with a phenyl fragment containing fluorine and/or chlorine substituents in different positions were synthesized with yields of 33–80%. 1-Isocyanatoadamantane was prepared for the first time by the reaction of diphenylphosphoryl azide with (adamantan-1-yl)carboxylic acid in a yield of 85%.
