Toxicity of Pesticides to Humans

Abstract

Theoretical and applied aspects of the problem of extrapolation of toxicological data from animals to humans have been considered. A statistically significant correlation has been established between the predicted and reference LD50 values for humans upon oral administration. The median oral lethal doses of some pesticides for humans have been calculated.
