Abstract

The main sources of air pollution in large industrial centers are considered. The characteristics of the pollutants contained in car exhaust emissions are presented. A mathematical model is proposed that allows assessment the quality of atmospheric air polluted by car exhaust emissions. The assessment of the risk to public health from inhalation exposure to major pollutants is presented.
