Abstract
On the basis of the modified method of discrete sources two approaches are developed for the solution of the 3D problem of scattering by a plane grating of dielectric revolution bodies. An efficient algorithm of finding the periodic Green’s function of the grating is suggested. The proposed methods are compared. Numerical results for various geometries of the grating elements are obtained. The fulfillment of the energy conservation law is checked.
