Abstract
In this work, the method of determination of the effective magnetic permeability is considered for composite media containing magnetic particles in the form of general ellipsoids of revolution. Examples of calculations of this value for ensembles of randomly oriented particles, depending on their shape and volume fraction in nanocomposites, are given.
