On the possibility of increasing the superconducting gaps in heterogeneous superconductors

Abstract

A model of the pair scattering of electrons by heterogeneity islands inside a superconducting matrix is presented; states with charge-density waves appear on them. The assumption that such a model can be used in the case of thin heterogeneous films and superconductor boundaries is made.
