Abstract

The data on the composition of fish fauna of the Tsimlyansk Reservoir, artificial propagation and operation of fish elevator of the Tsimlyansk hydro-engineering complex for period since 1950th until nowadays are presented. The information on the distribution of innumerous, non-commercial and alien fish species in the reservoir is given. Currently, 58 species including eight invaders, inhabit the reservoir.
