Abstract

Two species of the Anthonomus Germar subgenus Anthonomidius Reitter were found on different species of Potentilla L. in southwestern East Siberia: Anthonomus dauricus Fst. in the northern foothills of the West Sayan Mountains on Potentilla argentea and P. conferta, and A. morosus Fst. in the southern foothills only on Potentilla acaulis but not on the co-occurring Potentilla argentea, P. bifurca, P. multifida, and P. conferta. New distributional and host-plant data on Anthonomus rubripes Gyll. are also reported.
