Abstract

Thirty species of Mordellidae were found in 2011–2018 in the Republic of Mordovia. Of them, Mordellistena hirtipes Schilsky, 1895, M. michalki Ermisch, 1956, M. rugipennis Schilsky, 1895, and Stenalia ascaniaenovae Lazorko, 1974 are recorded from Russia for the first time, and 21 species are new to the Republic of Mordovia. A preliminary checklist of Mordellidae of European Russia is compiled, comprising 73 species.
