On the Question of the Big Bang and Accompanying Expansion of the Universe

Abstract

A critical review of the hypothesis of the Big Bang and accompanying expansion of the Universe is presented. A conclusion is drawn that proof of it is absent. Explanations of the redshift of galaxies and the relic background without involving relativistic ideas are proposed.
