Abstract
This issue of PCS deals with the relationship between Cultural Studies and psychoanalysis, and especially with how psychoanalytic approaches from different schools can provide fresh stimuli for the study of cultures. More concretely, the articles assembled here employ psychoanalysis to develop critical readings of neoliberal practices and the therapeutic potential of the media, as well as the possibilities of inter-disciplinary enquiry and meta-disciplinary reflection.
