Abstract

Richard Cyert is perhaps most well known (among organization scholars and strategic management scholars) for his co-authorship with James March of the book A Behavioral Theory of the Firm. But he also made a number of significant contributions to economics and statistics, and was for many years President of Carnegie Mellon University.
