Abstract
For a unitary unramified genuine principal series representation of a covering group of a simply-connected group, we studied in a previous paper a conjectural formula relating its R-group to the dimension of the Whittaker space of the irreducible constituents. In this paper, the formula is refined and also verified for several important cases.
