Abstract
A wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is a conglomeration of distributed self-directed sensor nodes to cooperatively monitor the physical and environmental conditions with in their vicinity. Trust becomes more important for autonomous sensor nodes deployed in hostile and military environment. In this survey, we described an overview of existing trust management techniques meant for WSN and more importantly indicating their challenges and issues for reliable communication. We also mentioned some attributes and parameters of trust to aid the trust worthy system development in WSN.
