Erhöhte Leberwerte – was nun?

Zusammenfassung

Trotz hepatischen Ursprungs können Abweichungen von der Norm bei den Leberwerten auch auf extrahepatische Erkrankungen, z. B. Schilddrüsenfunktionsstörungen, zurückzuführen sein. Einen Hinweis auf die mögliche Ursache kann die Konstellation der einzelnen Parameter zueinander liefern. Ferner müssen Besonderheiten wie Makroenzyme und technische Gründe für falsch positive Befunde wie die Hämolyse bedacht werden.
