New identities involving certain Hardy sums and two-term exponential sums

Abstract

In this paper, we present a new reciprocity formula for certain Hardy sums and study a computational problem of one type mean value containing certain Hardy sums and the two-term exponential sum with the help of the properties of Gauss sums and Dirichlet \(L-\)function.
