Abstract
We report an uncommon case of a 54-year-old woman with unique splenic localization of peripheral T-cell lymphoma-Not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS). The diagnosis was made after histological, immunohistochemical and cytogenetic study of splenectomy specimens. PTCL-NOS represent a heterogeneous group of nodal and extranodal mature T-cell lymphoma characterized by an aggressive behavior and widespread involvement.
