Latest jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the EU in the field of Public Procurement Law

Abstract

The article examines the notable judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the field of public procurement law delivered in 2016 and 2017. The judgments discussed address issues such as the concept of ‘public contract’, the scope of application of the Public Procurement Directives, exclusion, economic and financial standing, review procedures and non-contractual liability of the European Union.
