Tele, transference and countertransference in supervision

Abstract

This article in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie is an introduction to Bryn Jones’ Seven Step Relationship Sequence, a projective and creative supervisory method. The method is contextualised in terms of supervision theory and the back-stage thinking of the supervisor. Attention is played to what the method is particularly suited for and the process of facilitating the method is described step by step.

Der Beitrag der Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie ist eine Einführung in Bryn Jones’ Seven Step Relationship Sequence, einer projektiven und kreativen Supervisionsmethode. Die Methode ist in Bezug auf die Supervisionstheorie und die Hintergrundüberlegungen des*der Supervisor*in kontextualisiert. Es wird darauf geachtet, wofür die Methode besonders geeignet ist, und der Prozess der Anwendung der Methode wird Schritt für Schritt beschrieben.
