A cosmological model with expansion and rotation with a Bianchi Type-IX metric is constructed. The model describes the Friedmann stage of evolution of the Universe with subsequent transition to the accelerated exponential expansion observed in the current epoch. The sources of the gravitational field in our cosmological model comprise ultrarelativistic matter, dust, and comoving anisotropic rotating dark energy. The possibility of revealing cosmological rotation in the course of astrophysical observations is discussed.
