Synthesis of conjugates of 5-methyl-2-phenylpyrazol-3-ones and 1-aminoadamantanes as potential neuroprotective agents

Abstract

We proposed an approach to new compounds based on conjugates of 5-methyl-2-phenylpyrazol-3-ones and 1-aminoadamantanes containing fragments of the neuroactive drugs Edaravone, Amantadine, and Memantine.
